A4. 20 wall balls 30# unbroken x5; rest 3 min

All unbroken.  Total time 34:12.  30# wall ball did not beat me  like last time


Note - I didn't get back from Charlotte Monday in time to get to gym.  Ran 3 X 5 mins at 80%.  Total time 15 mins
