Bench 5x5-  155,55,160,160,165. Okay but probably needed more bench specific warmup

Weighted push-ups/ bent over row. Pus were 35,45,50 (6 only), 45 lbs. bent over rows were 95/95/145/145

Did two rounds of the burpee run combo.  Left shoulder was on fire to start but okay at end.
