AMRAP 10 x3 with 4 mins rest 

1. Run 400, 20 WB, 10pu. 3 rounds plus run

2. Row 350, 10 hang squat clean, 10 K2E- 3 rounds plus row

3. Ad 20, 10 hang squat snatch, 10 Ctb

All went well.  Kept a decent pace. Struggled on the squat snatches due to sore lower back.
