Thursday 2/5

This was a 7 am workout and I was still feeling the effects of the workouts Monday and Tuesday.  I felt stiff and a little sore to start

Squat snatches. 85%- really had to work to get in the full squat. 5x 85, 3x 90

Back squat 5x5-  185,195,204,215,225. Once I got warmed up and going I probably could have done a little more

Bench 5x5- 150,155,160,165,160. 

100 thrusters at 65 lbs- 6:54. 30 in the first minute, then 10,10,7,7,6,6,5,5,5,3,3,3. My legs went before my shoulders. My goal was sub 8 so I was pleased

Show up, shut up, lace up, right?
